Me han cambiado la vida! Tanto con la rutina de pilates que llevo casi un año practicando en su centro, como por el viaje al mundo DETOX, en el que me han enseñado las pautas para comer mejor. Lo recomiendo absolutamente, porque desde el primer día el trato es increíble, y todo el equipo te hace sentir como en casa!!

Me han hecho amar el pilates como nunca antes. Grandes profesionales en el bienestar. Clases intensas y adaptadas a cada persona y circunstancia. Studio Australia se ha convertido en un must have cada semana.

Es sin duda ESPECTACULAR!.. El trato exquisito, todo muy profesional y enfocado a la mejora y bienestar fisica, mental y emocional.. Aunque sea con fines terapéuticos, para experimentar mejorías o para darse un capricho, vale mucho la pena!.. Ho recomano a tothom.

Over the past 5 months, I have had the pleasure of working with Natalia for Reiki, Chakra Tuning, Energy Balancing, Lymphatic Drainage and Myofascial Release. I’ve been doing both private and group classes at Studio with Natalia, and she’s amazing. She’s really attentive to my lower back pain and always checks in to see how I’m feeling during the exercises. Natalia takes the time to explain how each move affects different parts of the body, which makes it so much easier to understand, especially for beginners like me. Even though I’ve done strength training before, I’ve learned a lot about my body and how it works through her classes. She’s patient, cheerful, and makes every session enjoyable. I highly recommend her and the studio!

Visiting Studio Australia in Barcelona and meeting Natalia was truly life-changing! She’s got a profound knowledge about human anatomy and a physiology of movement, which made finally start understanding and feeling how my body works. I’ve been struggling with back issues since 5 years ago, and lately after training I could feel even more pain, I knew that something was missing. In a few lessons Natalia made me feel the deeper muscles of my body and eventually not just Natalia’s classes I found more efficient, but any kind of workout. By now it’s been three months of pilates classes with Natalia and do feel stronger both physically and mentally. Therefore, I do not want to stop! ✊ Besides their place in Barcelona is just filled with some special energies, whenever I left from there I felt calm and inspired! Just loved it!
