I really enjoyed the stress management and wellbeing course by TeneLearning. The blend of educational sessions combined with the exploration of the beautiful sights of the island made learning about well-being techniques enjoyable and truly impactful. Instructors Olga and Tonya were great, offering deep insights with a practical approach that made the complex topics easy to grasp. My highlight was doing Pilates on the beach - amazingly relaxing!
