Pocket Pilates

I started training with Millie after experiencing pain in my hip. Having had three babies in four years, my body alignment was off, and physiotherapy wasn’t helping. I was advised to try Pilates, and after just six months with Millie, all the pain was gone. I can now walk and run without any discomfort. What I didn’t expect was to fall in love with Pilates along the way — and that’s entirely thanks to Millie’s passion, expertise, and professionalism. She makes every session both effective and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The best pilates teacher in town. Not only is Millie hyper qualified and continually undergoing additional courses and certifications, but she also just adds so much joy, personality and fun to the classes. I look forward to them every week and you really do see results if you're committed.

I had never done reformer before and now couldn’t live without it but truly believe that is down to Millie and her team. Millie’s way and style of teaching is unmatched. Cannot recommend enough!
