Amor Yoga

I have been to a few of Alison’s classes under the name of AMOR YOGA and I have been very pleased with the whole experience. The class is well constructed and jam packed with so many poses, but the class is not rushed through, it always flows very well. We always end with a calming meditation and I leave feeling relaxed, calm and very happy. Alison is mindful to make sure everyone is using their bodies correctly and will advise if a pose is not being done correctly or can be done in an easier or harder version. Alison is clearly confident in her approach to teaching and is very knowledgeable. For myself as a student it gives me reassurance that I am following someone who is passionate about yoga and sharing it with others. I would highly recommend Alison & Amor Yoga. Sarah Whitehouse

I attend, Alisons class on a Wednesday, one of the few classes for Yoga in the evenings in our area. I look forward to it every week and come away relaxed,stretched and feeling strong. Always guaranteed a good nights sleep. Can't recommend Amor Yoga highly enough.

Alison explains everything in a very easy way in order to suit your level. I have found some of her classes challenging, but with Alison's help - doable. I'm a great believer that you are never too old to learn (either physically or mentally) and yoga is a great way to do this, more so when you're 70yrs! It has made me fitter and more flexible, mentally I feel much fresher, calmer and focused. I would definitely recommend Alison.

As a beginner at Yoga I was a little bit nervous at my first class at Amor Yoga but I needn’t have been. Alison is a true professional and made me feel really at ease and helped me when I needed it. I can feel the difference in my posture after only a few classes and after each class I sleep better than ever. I totally recommend Amor Yoga to everyone.

Alison has taught me yoga now for the past couple of months. She is a fabulous teacher, her classes are challenging but achievable and she has is really supportive throughout the session. Even though Alison lives is Spain I am able to do classes with her in line which is great for me. I would certainly recommend her 💕💕

Really loved Alison's down to earth, relaxing yet inspiring yoga teaching style. The class at Eden Whisper's Art Farm was the perfect balance of relaxation, breath work and moving and stretching. Alison has a good ability to create a safe space for everyone, and she makes sure everyone is getting the most out of each pose. Her classes are peaceful and flow in a really nice way.
