It was my first time doing EMS Training. First of all Diana is a very lovely trainer and listen to your needs and goals. I am training since 20 hears in the gym, but this gave me a total new body experience and intensity. Amazing what you can do in 20 min with this training. I can absolutely recommend it.

The best ever training! Diana gives me lot of motivation. The result of the training is just amazing, just after 5 sessions I felt already that I lost 2-3 cm. And it takes only 20 min! You work not only on your mussels but also tonify your skin. Absolutely amazing. I highly reccomend, you will adore it.
