When I first went to Sue, I was dealing with constant back pain, headaches, and all kinds of tension throughout my body. After a couple of months of both private and group lessons, I can honestly say that the pain has significantly reduced, and my body finally feels safe and supported. Sue works with incredible precision and depth, addressing the problem from its root rather than just the surface. By focusing on strengthening my core, she has helped me find stability and ease in my body. The absolute best personal practice I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been training my whole life. I’ve had many personal trainers. I’m not an easy case – I’ve had three surgeries and a long list of physical limitations (or rather, used to have them). Training with SUE on the reformer is something else. I've only been at Evo Pilates once for a private session with Sue, but I felt I had to write a review as my experience has been so great! The studio is beautiful, clean and really well equipped! Sue was really professional and listened to my needs. I mentioned that I would like to rebuild strength and OMG did she make me sweat 😀 I loved the repertoire of exercises she gave me throughout the session!

If your aim is to find a great pilates teacher in the most safe and clean environment, then look no further. I have been attending Sue's classes since December, and a lot has changed from then. Not only body wise, but also on a deeper level. The positive energy you breath and bring home after a lesson is priceless. I also appreciate Sue's attention to our actual body status each single lesson, to avoid any possible injuries.
