Las clases con Silvia son increíbles, adaptadas a las necesidades que estaba buscando para mejorar mis movimientos y mi postura. Una gran profesional que sabe mucho sobre el cuerpo y el movimiento.

Silvia es una crack, entiende muy bien tus necesidades, te acompaña muy bien en el aprendizaje y sobre todo, a tener consciencia profunda de cada movimiento. ♥️♥️♥️ súper recomendable!

Silvia is an amazing instructor for gyrotonics and movement. She has a clear understanding of what it’s like working with the body and how it can be used as a tool for healing and recovery. Would highly recommend this class for anyone interested in similar physical fitness like yoga and Pilates.

This was my first gyrotonics class and I was so nervous, but Sylvia is so lovely and such a great instructor. She has such a nice teaching style and knows exactly how to challenge you and is very intelligent about how the body moves. Loved the class and will do it again!

I tried for the first time gyrotonics and I'm really satisfied with the class, Silvia is an amazing instructor who explains perfectly clear how you should move your body. I felt really comfortable with her during class. She is very knowledgable and patient. I definitely recommend having classes with her!

100% recommend. Exactly what I needed. I was feeling stuck in my body with some lower back issues and overall funk and Silvia with her amazing cue's and hands on teaching (that she specifically built for me and my body) helped me beyond anything else ive tried. I love gyrotonics and Flow Therapy, thanks to Silvia!!!!!!
