He practicado Hatha Yoga con Davinia y he notado una gran diferencia en mi cuerpo, mucho más flexible y con más energia. Su carisma y positividad hace que sus clases sean súper divertidas a pesar del esfuerzo y concentration que cada una de las posiciones necesita. Súper recomendable!!! Les deseo toda la suerte en esta nueva aventura.

I attended Jamie's beginners yoga classes and then his mysore style classes which were brilliant. The classes were well rounded blending physical yoga with the spiritual elements beautifully. As a total beginner I had no idea what to expect and was so pleased with how my physical limits were respected and pushed. I now feel confident to attend yoga classes knowing, that while I have a lot to learn, I have a good foundation to work from which enables me to practice mysore style yoga with confidence. Classes with Davinia were also extremely good. Her intuitive approach and attention to detail are wonderful. They are both wonderful teachers and I'd thoroughly recommend them both.

I have attended a beginners Hatha yoga class with Jamie, classes with Davinia and also private classes with Jamie. Having never done any yoga I had no expectations but am thrilled with the progress I have made. I am far more flexible, have more energy, sleep better and my golf has improved due to increased flexibility. Throughout the classes I always felt I was constantly corrected and therefore learning good techniques, pushed to reach my potential but always feeling comfortable to stop at any time. Above all the classes have given me an enthusiasm for yoga and the incentive to continue. Both Jamie and Divinia are excellent teachers calm and encouraging and I would highly recommend their classes wether you have done yoga for years or you are a complete beginner you will not be disappointed.

I’d never practiced yoga in my life, until I met Davinia. She is so good at explaining the session and making sure everybody understands what every yoga pose does for your body. I loved every class and couldn’t recommend it more! It is not just for beginners, Jamie and Davinia have an extensive knowledge and have trained with professionals and the best yoga masters in India.

Jamie is a natural teacher. I had never done yoga before but soon found the benefits to mind and body by listening to his teaching. He is very skilled , having trained in India for some time. I would urge anyone looking for a yoga retreat to visit Island Yoga Tenerife , whether you be a beginner or advanced , you will not be disappointed. I’ll certainly be back

Ich habe verschiedene Yoga Stile ausprobiert, um das Richtige für mich zu finden. Mit Jamie hat es für mich am besten gepasst. Er achtet auf die gesunde Ausführung der Bewegungen, erklärt die Hintergründe sehr gut und ist einfach ein freundlicher und offener Mensch. Ich bin sehr froh, Yoga bei ihm kennengelernt zu haben und konnte vieles mit in den Alltag nehmen. Danke!
