Michelle is amazing in so many ways. She tailors the sessions towards your needs and makes small tweaks on your body that have big impact. She encourages you and your body to expand to possibility. Absolutely a blessing in so many ways! Highly recommend.

Michelle is an excellent teacher; so knowledgeable about Pilates reformer work. My sessions are different every time, adapted to my strengths with loads of variety. It’s great fun as well as being hard work. I’d highly recommend her & this beautiful studio in the heart of Altea.

I’ve been going to Mpower Pilates Altea with Michelle for nearly a month now (twice a week) and I can honestly say I’m already seeing and feeling a big difference.I had never done Pilates before and I was quite anxious to start, but Michelle is absolutely amazing- so welcoming, supportive and professional. She explains everything clearly and makes the classes feel fun and comfortable, even when they’re challenging.Because I work at a desk most of the time, I used to get a lot of back pain, but I’ve already noticed improvements in my posture and how my back feels. I’m also becoming much more flexible and overall I feel stronger and more energised after every session.The classes are challenging in the best way, but you leave feeling proud of yourself- and I genuinely look forward to going every week. An excellent reformer class with a truly outstanding instructor. Clear explanations, attentive corrections, and a motivating, supportive atmosphere. The class was well-structured and challenging, and I left feeling stronger and energized. Highly recommended!

I was on holiday in altea for 2 weeks and wanted to take pilates classes. I highly recommend this place she answered my request straight away. Fantastic lady and I loved working out there. I will be back. The best place, friendly and very Good private lessons. I will miss it so much
