El sitio es excepcional y una clase excelente. La instructora Carol ha explicado cada ejercicio de forma clara y corrigiendo posturas. Ambiente relajado y agradable. Sensacion de bienestar. Recomiendo al 100%. Gracias Carol por esta fantástica clase.

Beautiful studio and amazing class. I had a class with Lali and it was honestly perfect — well-placed, motivating, great flow, and such good energy. The studio is beautiful, spotless, and very aesthetic, with a really nice and calming atmosphere which makes the whole experience even better. Everything feels well taken care of. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The class was fantastic! The teacher was incredibly kind and attentive to each of us. The group was small, which made the atmosphere even more personal and enjoyable. The studio is beautifully designed, air-conditioned, and well-equipped with lockers, shower, and all the gear you need provided. You can even use one of their towels for free, which is a rare and much appreciated touch compared to other studios. Highly recommended!

Beautiful studio and great energy! I’ve only just started coming here, but I’m already obsessed. The space is super aesthetic — clean, minimal, and calming. Even the mats and equipment feel luxe and well thought out. The vibe is so nice, and the instructor makes you feel really comfortable, even if you’re new. Can’t wait to come back!

I attended the class on Thursday evening by Caya Sol and it was amazing! She's a great and very supportive instructor. Thank you very much for this amazing experience! Can't wait for my next class.
